In memory of the 1,100 U.S. college students who die by suicide each month, 1,100 yard flags will be on the library's south lawn. All are invited to write a message on a flag to honor a life saved, remember a life lost or share hope with individuals who are struggling.

September is National Suicide Awareness Month. Each year 1,100 U.S. college students die by suicide, and so many more are impacted by their deaths.

This event is hosted by ISU's Student Counseling Services.
