About the Facilitator
Jacklyn Pierce is an Assistant Professor of English at Lake-Sumter State College in central Florida. She has been teaching online courses since 2006 but really began to embrace online learning when she was introduced to Quality Matters. In the past 5 years, Jackie has completed several QM courses and certifications and presented at two QM Connect conferences. She is a QM-Certified Peer Reviewer and Face-to-Face APPQMR Facilitator and has served as a Faculty Mentor with LSSC's Distance Learning Department for several years.
