Participants will work on adding alternative text to their pictures, graphs, and tables in their online course and documents. Please have samples of pictures, graphs, and tables available to use during the session or be prepared to search for these at the beginning of the workshop.

When participants have completed this workshop, they will be able to add alternative text to pictures in Canvas, add alternative text to pictures in Microsoft Word, and add alternative text to graphs and tables.

This is an active workshop that will be the most useful for registrants if they bring a laptop and some of their course materials with which to work.
