6 week program on Wednesdays, May 11, 18, 25, June 1, 8, and 15 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Family yoga classes are light-hearted and focused on the kids age 3+ with an adult.

So expect some music, color, and stories as well as traditional poses. Adults may choose to get on a mat or just observe, but it is a lot more fun on the mat!

Plus, we will go outside if the weather is nice! Instructor Nan Bonfils is a student at Yoga Center of Boone, and has trained with Yoga Kids International. She has shared the joy of yoga with youngsters at United Community School and Ericson Public Library. Each class features a different color theme, so dress to express!

Register for the entire series, or attend individual sessions. Preregistration with prepayment is highly encouraged.

Series cost for a youth/adult pair: $40 for members and $50 for the general public.
Per class cost for a youth/adult pair: $8 for members and $10 for the general public.
Cost for each additional youth: $4 for members and $5 for the general public.
Iowa State University students pay 15% off the member rate.
