Everyone wants to know how to successfully deal with conflict -- probably because our traditional approaches (such as conflict avoidance, silent suspicion, or contentious email debates) never work. Newell will discuss how you can shift your own perspective about the conflicts you face to help reduce the stress they generate and increase the chance for their resolution.
