Coming Out Week Craft
National Coming Out Day is an annual LGBTQIA+ awareness day observed on October 11, and we want to celebrate all week! Choose a word or two - like Pride, Love, or Equality - and use our letter stamps to hammer out your text onto a metal disk. We will attach it to a cord bracelet or keychain. Everyone is welcome at The Workspace.
Drop in Craft: Halloween Felt Plushies
Arm yourself with scissors and a glue gun and make a stuffed felt plushie. We have patterns for a bat, ghost, jack-o-lantern, Frankenstein and skull. These no-sew plushies are adorable and easy to make.
Paint Your Own Pottery: Adorable Animals
October 7-12: Pandas, bunnies, llamas, Frenchies, hedgehogs, buffalo, kittens, narwhals, owls, frogs, elephants, turtles and so many more!
School's out Kids' Crafts: Sugar Skulls
Need a fun afternoon activity for the kids on a no-school day? Drop in and make a sugar skull. Choose a design and color it in with markers. Then add glitter, sequins, feathers, pompoms and other fun decorations.
Leaders Workshop Series: Mastering Microsoft
During these workshops, you will have the opportunity to engage in activities and discussions that will help you grow as a leader, add to your toolbox of leadership skills, and leave with the confidence to empower others to do the same.
