Workshop: Records Management for Student Organizations
The decisions you make and the records you create as a student organization shape the history of the University. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of physical and digital records management to ensure your organization's history isn't lost or erased. The knowledge and skills you gain in this workshop will empower you to share your story from your perspective by creating, collecting, and preserving your records. Registration required.

Coming Out Week Craft
National Coming Out Day is an annual LGBTQIA+ awareness day observed on October 11, and we want to celebrate all week! Choose a word or two - like Pride, Love, or Equality - and use our letter stamps to hammer out your text onto a metal disk. We will attach it to a cord bracelet or keychain. Everyone is welcome at The Workspace.
Drop in Craft: Halloween Felt Plushies
Arm yourself with scissors and a glue gun and make a stuffed felt plushie. We have patterns for a bat, ghost, jack-o-lantern, Frankenstein and skull. These no-sew plushies are adorable and easy to make.
Paint Your Own Pottery: Adorable Animals
October 7-12: Pandas, bunnies, llamas, Frenchies, hedgehogs, buffalo, kittens, narwhals, owls, frogs, elephants, turtles and so many more!

Workshop: Getting started with EndNote Web
This workshop will introduce the basics of using the free, web-based version of the EndNote citation management system. Participants will be given a demonstration of its use and will have an opportunity for hands-on experience with collecting citations from a variety of online indexes and databases, organizing them within their EndNote library, and using them in Microsoft Word using the EndNote Cite While You Write plugin. Registration required.

Cyclone Cinema: Borderlands
Cyclone Cinema is presented by the Student Union Board and showcases a variety of film genres, screening a different movie every weekend Thursday - Sunday during the semester. Sunday film screenings are in open caption format. All other screenings can be open caption as well, as long as the request is made to the staff prior to the movie starting.
