Award winning lecturer, advisor, learning community leader, and civil engineer Beth Hartmann teaches hundreds of students per semester, from freshmen to seniors. Learn how to implement her highly effective ways to connect to new students, scaffold and coach them through learning challenges that prepare them for later curriculum, and create capable seniors in powerful constructive teams working on practical, real-world projects.
