Reception for exhibition of group work by 11 Iowa State University architecture students and 17 international participants in the 2013 ars Berlin summer academy organized by the ISU College of Design in collaboration with the Beuth University Berlin.

The exhibition's theme is "Translocation of regional morphology following climate change: Exploring the potential of the Mediterranean courtyard typology in a warming Berlin--learning from Florence courtyards for new neighborhood in Berlin Neukolin." It will run from Monday, Nov. 18, through Friday, Nov. 22. The reception will include remarks by Deborah Hauptmann, chair of the ISU Department of Architecture, and Ulrike Passe, associate professor of architecture and director of the College of Design's Berlin summer study abroad program. Both the exhibition and reception are free and open to the public.
