Headley is one of four finalists interviewing on campus for the position of executive director of the Iowa State University Research Foundation and director of the Office of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer.
The successful candidate will replace Ken Kirkland, who retired in July. Nita Lovejoy is serving as interim director.
